Staff at the accommodation are always available to provide information at the reception. This incredible reception staff didn't just give us information, they practically became our personal tour guides! They knew all the best spots in Trincomalee, offering recommendations with passion and enthusiasm. It felt like having a team of local experts at our fingertips.

WiFi is very slow. The only downside was the WiFi, which was slower than a sloth participating in a snail race.

I had an amazing time at a cozy guesthouse in Trincomalee. The owner, Rangan, went above and beyond to make me feel at home. He not only arranged transportation and snacks for a snorkeling tour, but he also knew exactly where to find turtles and little sharks! The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the garden was a lovely place to relax. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

We had such an incredible time at The White House! The host, Rangan, was the kindest person we've ever met. He was caring, funny, and incredibly helpful. The garden was perfect for relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with mosquito nets and fans. Rangan even offered snorkeling and diving tours. We couldn't recommend this place enough!

Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.

Loved the delicious continental breakfast and the cozy shared lounge. The staff were always available at reception, except when they were busy not answering the phone. The free WiFi was conveniently weak and slow, just how I like it.

Who needs clear directions or a visible sign? Getting lost is all part of the adventure!

Wifi was unreliable.

We had a warm and friendly welcome with delicious coffee, tea, and cake. The manager, Rangan, gave us great tips on things to do in the area. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and close to many nice restaurants. The food at the hotel itself was also very good.

The bed was uncomfortable and the mosquito net was too small. This was the only downside to the room, which was otherwise good.
